With a dedicated box you get the entire server for yourself. You get SSH root access to install anything you want to do with the box. With a shared seedbox, we split the dedicated server between yourself and others and your access is limited to the webui as well as the FTP and proxy.

Yes, We offer discounts for long term contracts. Our discounts structure is as follows:
- 10% off when you pay for 3 months of service at a time
- 15% off when you pay for 6 months of service at a time
- 20% off when you pay for 12 months of service at a time
We also have discount codes floating around the internet but you need to find them. We can't make it that easy :)
The servers do keep logs, but they are emptied every 1-2 weeks. This is necessary for our protection as well as to avoid hacking attempts and unauthorized access to your servers. As said we clean them out every few weeks and have no interest in backing them up as we do not need to know what you are doing.
We keep billing info in a server which is separate from any of our seedboxes. Your details are encrypted and not shared with anyone. That being said, unless needed for credit card processing, you are welcome to leave your name with only first initials. These fields are only here for those who need to put them for credit card verification purposes. We have a very high regard for privacy and have no interest in knowing who you are or where you live as long as you aren't doing anything fraudulent.
We now offer data transfers from both within our network and from external sources as well. If you would like to upgrade plans, we can move data usually within 2-3 hours! We also offer the ability to log into your current providers seedbox via FTP and download all your old data so you do not lose anything by moving to SeedStuff!
Most of our servers are currently located in France. We are now offering the option to choose from a North American data center on Select Dedicated servers.
Shared / Semi Dedicated Servers
No cap, no limits, no shaping. All of our shared plans are 100% Unlimited and Unmetered bandwidth!
No, Semi Dedicated plans do not come with SSH access.
No, We used to have setup fees but these have long been abolished and do not apply. Even our dedicated servers can be setup with no setup fees!
All of our shared servers are based on fully dedicated machines divided amongst the number of users on that plan.
If within 48 hours you decide that the plan you have is not for you, simply open a ticket letting us know you would like a refund and we will refund 100% of your payment. After 48 hours, you will be expected to continue your plan until the end of the billing period with no refund.
Yes, most of our plans come with a proxy so you can download surf your trackers from the same IP (required on some trackers). Please note this is not available on our Garbage plan.
We allow them but do not encourage them. We will not support any issues related to public trackers. Please keep in mind that UDP support is disabled and is very often used for public trackers.

We offer rar and unrar through our "Filemanager" plugin. Its very simple to do, just right click and rar/unrar. Please note this is not available on our Garbage plan.

Not at the moment, we are however looking at adding this soon. You may be able to set your https:// download site to create links however since these come password protected by default you would need to ask for us to remove this protection, potentially exposing your files.
Dedicated Servers
All new server orders will be subject to an External Network Traffic limit. Plans are still unlimited however once the external limit has been reached the server will limit speeds to 10Mbit. More bandwidth can be purchased to correct this issues and the server does reset every month.
Yes, Dedicated servers always come with Root access via SSH. This allows you to install any programs and use the server in any way you see fit!
